Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update:
St Peters Surgery is pleased to be able to start offering COVID-19 vaccinations to our patients. To ensure we are able to continue to provide a regular service to our patients, our Covid-19 vaccination hub has been set up at Sycamore House Medical Centre in the centre of Walsall.
Patients will be invited to receive the vaccine based on the below priority groups:
- Older adults resident in a care home and care home workers
- All those 80 years of age and over and healthcare and social care workers
- All those 75 years of age and over
- All those 70 years of age and over
- All those 65 years of age and over
- High-risk adults under 65 years of age
- Moderate-risk adults under 65 years of age
- All those 60 years of age and over
- All those 55 years of age and over
- All those 50 years of age and over
- Rest of the population (priority to be determined)

Please remember we are still here to provide advice/treatment for any medical concerns. If you need to be seen face to face we can make this happen in a way that keeps you safe. Please don't ignore worrying symptoms.
Anybody who is experiencing any symptoms of the virus should self-isolate straight away, then make an appointment to get a test by calling 119 or visiting gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test

- a new continuous cough
- a loss or change to sense of smell or taste

Despite the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is still recommended that your child receives their vaccines as this protects them against other serious diseases that can still cause them harm.

Welcome to St. Peter's Surgery
The practice has purpose built premises which offer a comprehensive range of facilities, including easy access and facilities for the disabled. All of the staff who work here are part of the health care team working for your benefit, but some staff are employees of the Walsall Community Health Trust and are attached to the Practice to provide additional local services. St. Peter's Surgery has been recognised as an Investor in People and is a GP Registrar training practice. The Doctors work as an unlimited Partnership to provide General Medical Services and enhanced services under the new NHS Contract from the above address.

Patients registered with a Walsall GP can benefit from the Extended GP Access Service. NHS Walsall Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has worked with local GPs to create four “Hubs” based at Darlaston Health Centre, Pinfold Health Centre, Broadway Medical Practice and Portland Medical Practice.
