Practice Area
The practice area was established with its current boundaries when the new General Medical Service Contract was introduced in April 2004. At the time, there were a number of patients living outside the boundary. It was agreed that doctors would remain committed to those patients until they move address. It is, therefore, now practice policy to remove patients moving to an address outside the practice area.
